Hasselblad Medium Format Camera I Have Been Given A Hasselblad 500 C/M. I Have No Idea How To Use It And Am New To Medium Format. Any Tips?

I have been given a Hasselblad 500 C/M. I have no idea how to use it and am new to medium format. Any tips? - hasselblad medium format camera

Looking for a book that is not too technical or website, just to get me in movies and tips and tricks guide to the most out of the camera.
I am particularly interested in black and white film.
Even if someone knows the cost of film processing and the amount of shots per roll, it would be too great.
Thanks

go to a good camera shop and see if you have all the parts. You need 75 or 80-mm lens, at least one spectator, a back and a few other things.

This camera is a very good starting point, but a bit expensive because the cost of treatment 6cmx6cm film is a little more than 35 mm.

I love to read the manual and me through the first camera to know what it is, how it works, etc.

Then I would make a good volume, the image in the basic concepts that you can understand, explains.

I do not know if the camera has a meter, but if so, go ahead and buy a meter from the camera and do all that first hand as possible.

Once set, the shutter speed needed to over $ 200 each, if necessary, be adjusted. Check foam and ensure that the camera is good, and not paid

Photography is not cheap, like you away from more than 35 mm and digital (which for me at the same cost), the most expensive.

There is no time to watch the movie to buy, you need a home for the professional development stick, and the feeling that if Y ou want to even try.

Someone has this for free? sweet! Hasselblad medium format cameras makes the BEST.

One of the interesting things about the cameras is that everything is interchangeable. The goal is, of course, but you can change the waist-level viewfinder (hold down the size and look on the screen above) at eye level (the more "normally do" - you have the camera up to the eye. And probably the coolest is that You can bring a number (the end) with the film and change ...... if you want, when you have a few can be color photos, and then switch to black and white film, and then again in color, perhaps a different speed .......

Hasselblad 6x6cm image is on a roller 12 of 120 films. For more exposure, you can use 220 (as 120, but more) in another film and Back 24 Oh, and you get another copy, its rectangular pictures - 16 pictures measuring 6x4.5 cm provide

I know it gets a little complicated ... But the beauty of it. oncefor the camera that can do all sorts of things. Hasselblad and is also known for the quality of the lenses.

If you pictures in black and white, I would advise you to evolve. You do not need a darkroom right to make any copies. to do a dark closet and one bedroom with bathroom.

For more information, I would try to find a manual online. Browse whereas me to see and what is

I would say start with Ilford HP5 film, with ISO 400 and very versatile. If you do not use flash i wouldnt, go slow (less than 400), mainly because the days are getting darker ...
Process itself, try chemical www.silverprint.co.uk good value, first the smaller sizes, unless you think a lot of movies at once. All you need is a dark room or something (all black, mind) and a sink. but it is a photo printer for the development and carvings must have is the beauty of the medium, you much more negative in HTE, because they can see much greater. One might even copies of contact (tests positive to a negative) through the purchase of photographic paper and exposing them under a lamp in good ...
If all this sounds complicated Qualiy find a good manual (there are many good), but to be honest is the best learning by doing. Good luck!
